Body Life

Body Life Ministries is a group of health and wellness classes created to serve our church family and the surrounding community. We strive to educate and inspire our community to glorify God through health and wholeness in our lives. We take joy in sharing God's healing provision of exercise with a holistic approach to wellness. We seek to build our hearts, souls, minds and strength to grow in our relationship with Him and be better suited and energized for His calling for us.

Community Zumba
Zumba is a high-energy, calorie burning, cardio-pulsating, synchronized dance routine. If you love dancing and music mixed with fun, and if you love to exercise to the Latin beat, Salsa, Mambo, Reggae, and Rap. If you want to burn up to 700 calories and enjoy cardio training, interval training and body toning, this class is for you!


Yoga

Atone & Flow - focus is on the whole body, soul & spirit, heating up and strengthen the body in a flowful movement.

Deep Stretch - this class is designed to De-Stress and De-Compress with a deep wakening of the ligaments, facia and joints, using a stretching approach on these rarely touched areas. Poses are down on your mat practicing breath, stretch and relaxation.

Gentle Journey - this is a full body practice with a gentle relationship with balance, stretch and strengthen.

Tuesday night class donations are welcome.
Wednesday night class are complimentary.
Children's Ministries available for K-5th grade on Wednesday nights

What to Bring & What to Know - 

Please bring your own mat, hand towel and water bottle.  
We do have loaner mats available for use.
Classes are co-ed

  • Please do not come to class if you are ill.  We want to keep you and everyone well.
  • Please do not wear perfume of any kind.
  • Try to avoid eating for 2 hours before your practice. If you need something eat very light or a piece of fruit.
