MOPS
MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) at FBCS. Are you expecting or the mother of a preschool aged child? Learn more about how to connect and support with moms.  We meet on the 1st Monday at 9:30am and the 3rd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm.  Our contact moms are Jenn Nelson - 602-791-3956  or Lori Mitchell - (480) 945-6346.

ATONEMENT YOGA - Practicing Christian Yoga

• Tuesday 5:15 - 6:25pm: Atone & Flow
• Tuesday 6:30 - 7:40pm: Restorative
• Wednesday 5:15 - 6:25pm: Deep Stretch
• Wednesday 6:45 - 7:45pm: Gentle Journey
  
  
• Restorative - come to De-Stress and De-Compress. Most poses are down on your mat practicing breath, stretch and relaxation with focus on body, soul and spirit. Holy Yoga Instructor Pamela Barker
• Gentle Journey - this is a full body practice with a gentle relationship with balance, stretch and strengthen. Yahweh Yoga Instructor Syrena Jossy
• Atone & Flow - focus is alignment with body, soul & spirit, heating up and strengthen the body in a flowful movement. Yahweh Yoga Instructor Syrena Jossy
  
• Deep Stretch - this class is designed to be a deep stretch of the ligaments, facia, and joints, using a soft approach on deep, dense & rarely touched areas.

Classes are donation basis.
Please bring your own mat and hand towel.  We do have loaner mats available for use.
*Child care limited - only available at the Wednesday 6:45 class
Classes are co-ed
Due to allergy sensitivities, if you wear perfume please refrain for using during class or please wear it very lightly.

Women's Bible Studies
Thursday Morning Women’s Bible Study hosted by Gayla Register will start back on Thursday, September 15th, 2011 from 9:15 - 11:00 am in C-2. They will finish up Psalms by Beth Moore.  For more information call Gayla @480-652-5459.

Wednesday Evening Women’s bible Study hosted by Carole Boling and Lana Arms.  The new study will begin on October 5th. The study is "Becoming More Than A Good Bible Study Girl" (When God Hurts Your Family) by Lysa Terkeurst. Chaneni House
Open Monday, Wednesday and Friday's from 10:00am - 12:00pm and the first Saturday of the month
The Chaneni House is a community run free store that provides food, clothing and furniture to anyone in the community.

Joyce Reed Mission Circle Meeting
Our next meeting is Monday September 12 from 9:30 – 11:30 am in C-2.  We are working on White Cross and various projects.  All women are welcome.
